How long does delivery take?
Most orders are ready to ship within 5–7 working days after payment is confirmed. Delivery time depends on your location — typically 1–3 business days from dispatch.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we deliver anywhere in South Africa via courier. Remote areas may have extended lead times.
How do I place an order?
Browse the shop, then WhatsApp us or email us with what you’d like. We’ll confirm the details and send a payment link.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Sample orders are available for corporate and bulk enquiries. Chat to us and we’ll sort it out.
What file format do you need for custom designs?
We prefer high-resolution PNG or vector files (AI, SVG, EPS). Not sure? Send us what you have and we’ll let you know if it works.
What’s the minimum order for bulk merch?
Minimum quantities vary by product. WhatsApp us with your requirements and we’ll confirm what’s possible and at what price.
