Over recent months, I’ve listened to the heartbeat of our communities. I’ve seen single mothers in townships juggling care and dreams. I’ve seen GBV survivors seeking hope. There are women with untapped skills longing for a way forward. Every story—from a Soweto vendor selling vetkoek to a Cape Town crafter making teddies—reminded me: our resilience is our riches. We’re not defined by hardship but by what we build from it.
This realization birthed Culture Rich. It is no longer just a personal space. It’s now a movement to empower South African women. This movement is rooted in our cultural strength and ubuntu spirit.
